FE Registration @ E-migrate
 
 

At ALVI MANPOWER SERVICE our first step is to assist & update all our clients involved in hiring manpower from India, as per new rules enforced by Ministry in India all the foreign employers in KSA & GCC mandatory require to complete (FE) registration formalities at the nearest Indian Embassy for granting emigration clearance of the required Indian workers from POE Ministry in India -
FYI - on www.emigrate.gov.in OR the emigrate system in India the Foreign Employer / the company in Gulf is termed as (FE) and the recruiting agent in India is termed as (RA).

The Foreign Employer (FE) must apply for registration through the "E-migrate" system designed by the Government of India.

The employer must log in through the website :  https://emigrate.gov.in/   for their online registration & follow the steps as indicated.

There is no fee required to be paid at this stage and the registration is one-time process.

The Indian Embassy will process the application for registration of the foreign employer (FE) using the "E-migrate" system.

If application is approved, the foreign employer shall receive an intimation to that effect from the Indian Embassy and a 'Foreign Employer ID' (FE id) and the corresponding log-in Password shall be issued.

If the application is rejected, employer will get a notification to refill the application.

The Foreign Employer (FE) can then log in onto the "E-migrate" system using the log-in user ID and the Password.

The registered Foreign Employer (FE) shall then put forward his demand through the "E-migrate" system and choose a Recruitment Agency (RA) online ( Our agency id is - RA6045 ) this id is required for selecting us as your official recruiting agent in India.
The applicable fees is to be remitted offline at the Indian Embassy.

A Foreign Employer (FE) User Manual shall be issued to the applicant.

The Indian Embassy will then process the demand application submitted by the Foreign Employer (FE).

The Foreign Employer shall receive the demand approval through mail with a Demand ID and an attachment of a System-generated Demand Letter and Power of Attorney.

The Foreign Employer shall then store the Demand ID.

Subsequently the Foreign Employer shall proceed to print the system generated DEMAND LETTER and POWER OF ATTORNEY, affix the signatures and seal of the Authorized Signatory / ies and forward the scanned copy of the documents to his recruiting agency (RA) for Demand Acknowledgement.

The originals of the same signed and sealed documents shall be couriered to the recruiting agency (RA) by the Foreign Employer for documentation at RA's end.

The recruiting agency (RA) shall then proceed to apply for the interview of the candidates and/or through advertisements which are an optional process left for the RA / FE to decide.

The recruiting agency (RA) shall then enter the identified emigrant details and share the generated job IDs against each emigrant with the Foreign Employer.

Foreign Employer shall then generate the Employment Contract against each Job ID.

Foreign Employer shall then share the scanned copy and the signed and sealed System-Generated Employment Contract.

Recruiting agency (RA) shall then apply for the Emigration Clearance by uploading the Contract after affixing the signature of the Emigrant on the same.

Protector of Emigrants (POEs) office will then process the Emigration Clearance application of individual worker.

Checklist of documents & information required for foreign employer (FE) Registration on   www.emigrate.gov.in  -

Basic Salary offered for each category (as per Indian Embassy approved salary checklist provided)

Facilities provided by company (Tick Boxes for food, transportation, medical, repatriation of remains, end of service benefits, etc)

Scanned copies & Translation copies of  - Registration, Incorporation, Commercial Trade Licenses, chamber of commerce certificate, Sponsor id  resident card / Authorized Signatory id resident card and issued block visa copies to be attached and uploaded online on  www.emigrate.gov.in Later the hard copies are to be submitted at the Indian Embassy once PT Number is received after uploading & attaching translation copies of above mentioned documents at www.emigrate.gov.in.

Example -

Firstly the employer / company should do registration through www.emigrate.gov.in & after successfully uploading documents you will get application ref. no. it will start from PT. ......, (i.e. application reference number) this ref. no. will be automatically generated in your given email id.

STEP 1 - Kindly submit the signed application form with ref. no. (i.e. eMigrate:[ PT5406924 ] along with uploaded documents in original to the Indian embassy

STEP 2 - Once your application is approved by the Indian Embassy, a system generated mail containing the following will be sent to your given email id -
• A unique employer id assigned (FE Id)
• printable confirmation letter with bar code
• password for accessing emigrate system.
After successful submission of your application to the Indian embassy & its approval, you will be provided with FE Id (foreign employer ID) and Password to complete Indian worker's emigration clearance formalities from POE Ministry in India.
